ECUPL has cooperated with Flinders University in Australia since 2010. Seven joint Chinese law seminars have been held so far, and it has now been made into a regular cooperation program.
This program not only provides two weeks of lectures on the Chinese legal system, constitutional law, contract law, and foreign investment law, but also organizes visits to courts and law firms. It allows participants to share ideas with the faculty at ECUPL and to experience the development of contemporary Chinese legal practice in person. Participants also have the opportunity to join in many extracurricular activities such as city sightseeing and cultural experiences, where they can taste Chinese cuisine, feel Chinese culture, and experience the rapid development of Shanghai.
