伍巧芳，华东政法大学国际交流处处长（国际教育学院院长），教授，法学博士、博士生导师，中国高等教育学会引进外国智力工作分会理事、上海市法学会法学翻译研究会理事、上海涉侨法治研究与交流中心理事和研究员、华东政法大学欧美同学会副会长、中国民主建国会华东政法大学委员会副主任委员。研究方向：美国金融监管、英美合同法、法商翻译。曾在《光明日报》《法学》《辞书研究》等核心期刊杂志发表论文30余篇，主参编教材7部，出版专著4部、译著7部，主持及参与国家级等各级各类项目16项。曾获上海市“育才奖”、上海市教学成果特等奖、华东政法大学“优秀教师贡献奖”等荣誉。

Wu Qiaofang is Professor of Law and Director of International Exchange Center & Dean of International School, East China University of Political Science and Law, Shanghai. She is a Ph. D. in Economic Law. Her research lies in the areas of Financial Law, Contract Law and Legal Translation. She received her Bachelor’s Degree at Jiangxi Normal University, in English Education and her Master’s Degree at Bournemouth University, UK, in International Business Administration. She has authored over 30 articles for Guangming Daily, Legal Studies, Lexicographical Studies, etc. In 2012, the Law Press China published her monograph Research on US Newly-enacted Laws in Economy within the context of 2008 Financial Crisis and the Implications. In 2013, the Peking University Press published her monograph The Reform of U.S. Legal System of Financial Regulation and Its Implications on China--in the Context of the Subprime Crisis. She has translated four works into Chinese, and they are Law and Corporate Finance, Intercultural Interaction: A Multidisciplinary Approach to Intercultural Communication, Social Enterprise: At the Crossroads of Market, Public Policies and Civil Society and Our Corrupt Legal System. In December 2017 and 2019, Routledge Press has respectively published her translated works into English--Building the Rule of Law in China: Ideas, Praxis and Institutional Design and Building the Rule of Law in China: Procedure, Discourse and Hermeneutic Community and the Belt and Road Initiative：A Pathway towards Inclusive Globalization.
